So a bit about me I am a 20-year-old from the UK. I am currently an apprentice mechanical engineer.  I have a big passion for the gym. I have weight trained since I was about 15 years old and have used it to keep myself level headed and it’s given me a lot of discipline and how to motivate myself when I’m really not feeling it.
